Clerk Misfiles Complaint!?

What happens when the court clerk misfiles a plaintiffs complaint? I was suppose to have filed for paternity, joint legal custody, and visitation rights however, the clerk entered my claim as a divorce. Is my case in jeopardy, and/or what are my options? FYI, it's been like 16 days since i've filed it, and she's still yet to respond anyway so.......
