How do I set the self auto timer on my camera ?

I would like to take a family photo and be able to be in the picture , so how do I set the timer on my camera.It is a casio exilim exs10rd model.I cant find any info in my owners manual to do this ? Maybe it does not come with this capability ,I dont know ?You tell me. Thanks
