Great job offer depending on ping pee test!?

The last time I smoked was last Friday night. Before that I smoked probably once a week. I've used the urine additives before and have some on the way but they want me to take the pee test today and the additives won't be here until tomorrow. Is there something else I can do or should I just wait?
