Where in Bangalore South is a sports club/fitness center?

I stay in Jayanagar and looking for a sports club or fitness center in Jayanagar/Koramangala/Banashankari and regions around. I'm looking for a cheap option and it would be better if they charge on day to day basis as I would not be going daily but only on weekends. It should include one or more of following: swimming, badminton, TT, Volleyball, Basketball etc.
