Puppy not eating?

i have a 7month old pity and she will barley touch her food she use to eat 4 times a day now its not even one! i talked to the vet she doesnt have worms or anything shes healty!! i tried the whole broth thing rice and hamburger thing the wet food thing too!!! so how do i make her eat?? she loseing weight
