Dolly the sheep. Was her bad health from being a clone?

Dolly the sheep was the first cloned animal. she suffered bad health. How much evidence is there that these clones had ill health because they were clones? How do we know it wasnt for other reasons? Has anyone proven that health issues arise because of the cloning??
