Are those against Abortion & against healthcare for poor children really hypocrites?

What I mean is that the pro-lifers only care about the head making out of the , but not what happens to that poor child whose parents cannot afford health care! They dont give a damn if that child dies of some disease in their toddler years or later! When Bush vetoed children's health care as an excuse of it being socialism he further proved my point! Why cant we not blame the child for the cirstances of their parents? Should that child suffer because his parents are poor and cannot afford health care?? Does that not also bother your conscious? Thats why I think this country is full of hypocracy!
