Stuck in a career rut?

Graduated in 2000 with a degree in Criminology and Sociology, spent the last 8 years working in customer services/telesales environments which I have come to loathe, and would relish a new challenge. I'm happy to work outdoors or indoors, weekends, overseas if required and I need to be paid at least 20,000 quid PA. Any suggestions of where I should start in my quest for a fulfilling yet enjoyable career?
