Urgent, unconditional offers?

The results from my exams are out, but I haven't received them yet. UCAS just sent me an email saying that my Insurance choice changed to unconditional. However my firm choice remains conditional. Does this mean I have missed my firm choice? Please help, I am extremely worried.
