29 weeks preg is this normal?please look!?

Hi there im 29 Wks preganat,and i need to know if this is normal?i need to pooh the whole time but im not acutally doing it im just pushing,and it hurts my vag,there is sometimes when i do acutally do the toliet,im gettin cramps in my back lower,and sometimes in the front,but not reguarl but very sore,have been like this for 2-3 days now,baby is movin fine no blood,my bowls have also emptyed about 20-25 times in 2-3 days,this is my 3rd baby and havent had this with the other 2,every 5-10 mins i need to go to toliet to p but jst pushing most of time,any1 got any advice please thank 10pts
