Can I get in trouble for this?

okay so I was on tumblr and there was this post going around that said "Denounce this blog" and it had a link, so i pushed on it, and it was like a pedophile/child thing. The post was about reblogging it so everyone could report it, which i did, but i still visited the link (without knowing what it was). can i get in trouble for this? should i clear my history? (i know clearing your history doesn't work because like the its still in the hard drive but still..) im really scared :(
