What to do about racist people running an organization?

For since the beginning of time people have supported each other only if they were family or were the same (as in skin color, ethnicity), if this bitchlady want to do what's she's doing I wouldn't bother unless she was hurting people physically. I'd say just do what you can to make her feel that other people don't like what she's doing, this is the world.
