For Lawyers/Students: The judge ordered that judgement for possession in favor of the Plaintiff is stayed....?

until June 30th 2010, to allow tenants to redeem tenancy. Does that mean the court will automatically put in a writ of restitution right after that date or will a final order be made. The reason I ask is because there are six other orders in conjunction with this order.
