Girls;if you has a confederate lady heroine,and you captured a union officer and you bring him ,tied and gagged in a wagon to confederate lines,but to see a group of union soldiers you to take a decision;you kill him or to leave it there and you to cross alone the union linest,or you wait with him until the soldiers marched, with the danger that the soldiers discover you , or you dress him in 1860's girl's clothes and hide the face with a lady's hat and quickly cross the lines or you hide the prisoner under your wide and voluminous hoop skirts and quickly cross the union lines with your prisoner totally covered by your skirts and petticoats .
