How can I get my girlfriend to read an article about without seeming jerky?

The article is at http://love.ivillage.com/lns/technique/0,,fj7hft1t-1,00.html and I really think my girlfriend should read it. Should I link to it from my Facebook status like I do with funny links I come across or should I e-mail it to her? What should I say? I'm open to suggestions.
