Is RT(Russia Today) network not one of the most anti-american propaganda news you have seen?

I have not seen this channel, but almost all Russian channels are heavily biased against Americans. I can say it for sure, because Russian is my native language and I have seen a lot of Russian channels both in Russia and in the U.S. where I have been living for more than six years. One of Russian writer says that Antisemitism was fully replaced by Anti-Americanism in Russian society, and now a lot of Russians blame America for all problems in the world.
