I got hurt last football game and need help on what to do to get ready for the next game.?
ok First I play football of course. my team is undefeated in district so far and we have to win 1 of the next three games to go to playoffs. last game is was in, i got a full blown helmet to my thigh, (which was unpadded because my thigh pad slipped to the right and under my knee pad). i'm getting smaller tights so my pads won't slip again. but it's hard to run with my thigh hurting like this. it's getting better but i need to know what the best thing is to do so i'll be ready to go on friday. i play both ways and the team all say they need me so i HAVE to get better. please i'm desperate for anything. so, what do i do?
