Windows Media Player won't burn audio to certain discs?

WMP is my primary choice for burning audio CDs, but it has only been burning them to one particular CD brand, which is Memorex. But I have JVC and some other brand of CD-RWs and it won't burn to them. I ran out of Memorex CDs. Do I have to fix something on the format so that it will burn to these or what? Please help!
