If Rumsfeld is convicted by the French authorities for torture will he take Bush and Cheney down with him?

Donald Rumsfeld no longer has immunity from prosecution in an international court. Depending on the nations visited by former presidents and vice presidents, the same lack of immunity can apply. The real question is whether or not French courts would order his arrest and trial.
